No. Customer rules can only target public IP addresses currently owned by your active Phylex KVM services.
Does activation happen automatically?
Yes. Atlas performs the required policy and ownership checks automatically; no staff approval is needed.
Does every dropped packet count as an attack?
No. Atlas reports traffic and rule verdicts separately. A drop alone is not labelled as a DDoS attack without sustained-rate, baseline and policy evidence.
